After your free consultation, I’ll create a personalized training plan based on your goals, lifestyle, schedule, fitness level, and 6 Pillars of Wellness. This is not a random workout plan or one-size-fits-all program. It is a structured roadmap designed to help you move better, build strength, stay consistent, and reach your maximum potential in a way that actually fits your life.
Through the app, you’ll have access to your customized workouts, progress dashboard, workout library, nutrition guide, and weekly check-ins so we can assess your progress, identify what’s working, adjust what’s not, and keep you moving forward.
