How It Works

Step 1: Schedule Your Free Consultation

Jac will learn more about your goals, lifestyle, current routine, ailments, pain points, limitations, and what kind of support your body needs.

 

Step 2: Receive Your Customized Plan

Based on your consultation, Jac will curate either a personalized in-person training program, a manual therapy and pain management protocol, or a combination of both.

 

Step 3: Begin In Person

You’ll begin working together with a clear plan, hands-on guidance, and continued support designed to help you move better, feel better, and build long-term results.

 

In-Person Training Sessions

Jac’s in-person training sessions are customized to your goals, lifestyle, fitness level, and physical needs. Your program may focus on strength, functional movement, mobility, corrective exercise, physique goals, pain-aware movement, or a combination of it all.

Sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on your needs, goals, and schedule.

If you book a 60-minute training session, manual therapy and rehabilitative stretching are included within your session.

Your in-person training may include:

  • Functional strength training

  • Corrective exercise
  • Glute, strength, or physique-focused programming
  • Pain-aware movement modifications
  • Rehabilitative stretching

Manual Therapy & Rehabilitative Stretching

For clients who need more focused support with pain, tightness, limited mobility, or recovery, Jac also offers standalone manual therapy and rehabilitative stretching sessions.

These sessions are ideal if your body needs targeted attention before, after, or instead of traditional training. If training is not the main focus yet, Jac can create a pain management and mobility protocol designed specifically for your body’s needs.
