After a FREE Consultation with me, I will understand and assess your 6 Pillars of Wellness, your top 3 nutritional goals and your lifestyle.

Then I will develop a customized day by day (Sunday to Sunday) nutritional plan for you to follow. It takes out all the guesswork, and that hard work of planning a weekly menu is on me! These JAC VITALE customized meals are nutritious and delicious, have been developed in cooperation with nutritionists, and include meal prep and shopping lists!

In addition, you will also receive a 15-page nutritional guide that includes helpful tips, snack and eating out recommendations, fluid intake guidelines and sleep recommendations. This helps establish a wonderful nutritional wellness foundation. You will also have weekly Check ‘Ins with me to assess your Nutrition and 6 Pillars of Wellness progress, identify the challenges you are having and review plans for the following week.
