The emotional pillar is all about tapping into the small little things that make you overly happy.

For me it’s going on a walk to the coffee shop with my puppy, Charlie, buying him a pup cup, myself a macaroon and sitting at the coffee table enjoying our treats together. Sometimes if I want to knock out two Pillar‘s with one stone, I’ll bring my journal and do some writing there. Once I leave that coffee shop, I’m not only energized but also emotionally, intellectually and spiritually fulfilled.

These are all small, mindless practices we often do already but applying the mindful approach will allow you to fully submerge and appreciate each of these moments.
