Want the cold hard truth about Basic to Beast? I NEVER built this 8-week training program with the intention to sell it. I built it because I was so petrified to step back into the gym after having such a major surgery and not strength training myself for 7 months.
I had no idea where to start, I was not feeling confident, and I also did not have time to build my body back from the basic foundation it was – back up to beast mode level again!
So, I created an 8-Week Challenge! A well-rounded regimen for myself that focusses not only on strength training but every important aspect of a training journey. like:
